PISCINES SERENITE

We used Piscines Serenite for the renovation of our very old swimming pool and we had a great experience. Arnaud speaks English, which is helpful when you're talking in technical terms! They have two pools in store, lots of samples of liners etc. and of course they will come out to you anyway. The whole project was managed well from beginning to end. Even when an old leak was found in the middle of the project, that we hadn't been aware of, they dealt with it carefully, taking the time to make sure they had definitely resolved the issue before filling the pool. The final invoice was as per the original quote, even with some extra work that they had to do for the leak. The teams on site were always friendly, cheerful and hardworking and the secretary in the shop is very cheerful ! They completed our pool for us in May as originally requested & promised, well before the Summer season. We were genuinely impressed with all aspects of the company and would highly recommend them! Easy to find on the outskirts of Bergerac with lots of parking and a nice coffee shop a few doors down.

We would highly recommend Piscines Serenite. We decided to go with them because of the guarantee, and because they supply, fit and coordinate everything. We have been really pleased with the service that they have provided. Arnaud was very helpful, and talked us through our options from the start, he has been with us during the process, along with Nathalie, to help and advise us of each step, even helped us with the planning application. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised, (due to horror stories we had been hearing about materials from other suppliers), that the pool has been fitted ready for us well ahead of the promised deadline. We were also very happy with the professionalism of each of the workers, they worked hard, did a quality job, were obviously specialists in their own part of the process, and it was also clear that Customer Service is very important to Mondial/Piscines Serenite. We can not fault them at all. Ill update the review with a picture when we have our landscaping finished.

Our pool was build in a walled garden and several companies said it wasn't possible, but no job was too big for Piscenes Serenite! We were very pleased with the creative and professional job that Arnaud and his team did. There were some small delays that resulted from weather and a staff shortage, but the team was always responsive and helped us feel engaged. We highly recommend this team if you are installing a pool!
