Called the offices in Berlin today, so rude no patience. How can they be working in customer service when they cannot deal with customers and helping them politely. Very arrogant and not what I expect from the offices.
Most people here are helpful, but if you want a good sense of what public service in the DDR was like, I recommend the Embassy’s Etat civil department. As you have no choice but to deal with them, they ll treat you accordingly.
Good Place near Brandenburg Gate
Worst place I’ve ever been to, they treated me very bad and although I didn’t want to report or write a bad review.and then today I called them they answered and then hang up the phone on me.
Cool building! I saw the flag, but otherwise the building wasn’t clearly marked

Consulate section: very friendly and efficient unlike administration in France haha
