Perfect Service! Short explanation to the Service Manager (Lady) in charge and after 5 minutes the car was in the garage. 15 minutes later the topic was solved and with a kind smile I got the keys back. Bon voyage. Thank you.

Paid for 48k car, drove it away. Engine troubles first day....2 weeks of complaining. The company just went silent...finally broke down abroad. Got it fixed atvmy expense, land rover refuse to refund...what a joke..going legal on them now

Very disappointed with this dealership. I had driven from London for a holiday in Provence when the engine light came on. I only had a week in the region so was desperate to know if it was safe to drive back. The service department would not even perform a quick diagnostic check to get the fault code.

On holiday from Ireland and had a red warning triangle light appear with the message showing as "restricted performance". We were staying in the area and brought our Discovery to Land Rover Avignon. They were extremely helpful and fixed the issue and had us on our way within an hour. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the man who sorted us out but cannot thank him enough for his time and efficiency.

Absolutely useless - I had my side mirror clipped and it needed replacing on a 5 year old British Freelander. Though there is a competent phone receptionist, no one in the service area picks up the phone, and the person in the parts sales division was unwilling to say or do anything because , being British, we had no French carte grise. So I sent my son 50 miles to Avignon, where he was given lectures on the impossibility of the car being the colour it was , the impossibility of repairing a car without a carte grise, and all sorts of other BS. I guess the conclusion has to be drawn that if you have a British Land Rover or Jag in the South of France and you have an accident, there is no possibility of getting it repaired down here, although agency finally denied that (they love doing insurance claims down here). Anyway, end result is that it will take over a week to get a wing mirror and we are leaving on Tuesday. Worth noting also that the parking lot was covered with 6 inch rusty nails, which the rep did actually pick up. We initially assumed it was from nearby Gilet Jaune activity; we've concluded that it was actually from angry customers. Avoid like the plague and beware of the issue of you drive down here with a British registered Land Rover.

We got stuck in Avignon due to an accident. They helped us so much and we could continue our way back to Germany. Julien, thank you SO much 💕💕💕

TRES EN COLERE Suite à mon récent contact avec la concession LAND ROVER AVIGNON du groupe GRIM concernant mon véhicule range rover évoque. Après un premier échange avec vos services, un rendez-vous m’avait été formellement préconisé et fixé afin de procéder à la vidange de ma boite à vitesse. Or, j’ai été contactée ce matin par l'une des assistantes pour m’annoncer l’annulation de ce rendez-vous, au seul motif que mon véhicule serait « trop ancien » pour être pris en charge par votre établissement. Je tiens à vous faire part de mon incompréhension et de mon profond mécontentement face à cette décision. Non seulement ce refus repose sur un critère qui ne constitue pas un fondement valable, mais en plus, aucune solution alternative ne m’a été proposée afin que je puisse malgré tout faire réparer mon véhicule. Je rappelle qu’un professionnel de l’automobile a une obligation d’information, de conseil et de loyauté envers ses clients. Annuler un rendez-vous déjà validé, sans examen du véhicule et sans proposition de solution, constitue un manquement à ces obligations. Par ailleurs, la panne dont souffre mon véhicule relève d’un dysfonctionnement anormal qui ne peut être assimilé à une simple usure liée à l’âge du véhicule. On m'a formellement conseillé de trouver un (petit) garage afin d'effectuer les travaux. Cette annulation me cause un réel désagrément et je souhaitais vous en faire part. Je vous remercie pour l'attention portée à ce message. Cordialemeny
