Bad service, very high rent price. I got a bad studio with barely a small window to open, no good air system in the room . It took a month to fix my broken bathroom after calling them several times. The laundry room has only one washing machine and the dryer was broken, they never fixed it. Also the administration is so bad. So don't recommend them.
Very good and quiet residence. Easy transport access with the Tramway line 2 and the bus stations nearby. Only one cons, the rent is a bit expensive.
Residence was good. Since from the past two years I have been applying but response from them even though they have availability

Spacious and affordable rooms... The service, although, is always delayed...
