A Hidden Gem in Lyon Worth Seeking Out! This restaurant pulls off something truly special — a seamless marriage of bold Mexican flavors and refined French culinary technique that somehow feels both surprising and completely natural. The menu is a genuine delight, with each dish striking a clever balance between the vibrancy of Mexican cuisine and the elegance you’d expect from a French kitchen. The wine and beer selection is equally thoughtful, with local French options chosen specifically to complement the kitchen’s inventive flavor profiles. But what really set the evening apart was the warmth of the staff. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel genuinely welcome. They were attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our whole family had a great time. If you find yourself in Lyon, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. This one is not to be missed.
You want to taste something different, where the effort is being made of creating new tastes out of a mixture of cuisines? Here you are at the right place. With very French and local ingredients (salads, cheeses, champignons and more), but also with Mexican food (chile de árbol, chile pasilla, maize products) a vrai mélange is created, innovative and with a taste explosion. It is a daring and creative approach that is a just a joy to experience. The desserts, the coffee, the mezcal, the tequilas the wine offerings... all there. All star recommendations.
This is a beautiful restaurant that mixes Mexican flavors and techniques with local produce and creates something outstanding. The tastes are surprising, especially the spices.
We been fpr my brithday last night everything was amazing and fresh , i truly recomomnad
We chose the 8 course meal with wine pairing and it did not disappoint. What a beautiful fusion of French technique and Mexican tradition. Every course was magnificent and the wine pairing was thoughtful. My husband and I are from the Southern US and travel to France regularly. What a beautiful blending of two cultures. Incredible!
We did the tasting menu, which we largely enjoyed, but I’d have a hard time naming a truly memorable dish. Everything was fresh and tasty, although nothing left us wow-d. Highlights would be the mezcal margarita (strong and smoky!) and the blood sausage taco.
Amazing dinner experience of flavours and texture. Great menu, no need to choose, just decide how many courses you like (4, 6 or all 8). We also got a complementary starter AND dessert.
We have an excellent meal here. We did the 6 course tasting menu and every course was excellent. Easily could have done the 8 course menu because the food was so good!
