Clean & comfortable stay with good breakfast. Free street parking outside the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very grateful for a late checkout. Only stayed one night ahead of travel on Eurotunnel. Able to walk to Operation Dynamo Museum easily from hotel. Very pleased with this hotel choice.

We were given an upgrade and our room was very big, clean and neat. It had a pull down single bed so ideal if you have a young child with you. The staff were excellent, very friendly. They let us know that there were road closures and sent us a map to help us find our way. We didn't try breakfast as we wanted to walk into town so I can't comment on that.

This hotel delivers what it promises. Great location, great service, beautiful room with all amenities, very clean and a perfectly balanced breakfast. |It’s also surrounded by restaurants and brasseries |Definitely suitable for a few days in Dunkirk. We will go back.

I have had a short stay at this Borel Hotel, hotel looks very nice, clean and cozy, staff are offering excellent service are nice and wonderfull people there, always smiling and nice. They start to serve breakfast also from like 4 am which is not encountered on many hotels. I have forgotten my phone in the room and the staff were more than nice to send it back to me. Overall excellemt service!

Stayed at this hotel 29th June 2025. Superb location and rooms. Parking was free around the hotel. The hotel is right next to the harbour which had tall ships at the time. Also 30 second walk to a restaurant on the harbour with great food and amazing views. It was 35c when we visited, so a very quiet but effective air conditioning was welcome. The room was spacious and beautiful with a pebble based walk in shower large enough for a rugby team. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

Business trip and hotel accommodation included in the package offered by the company providing a training course. Simple but clean rooms, small TV with no smart features, modern bathroom. No clim but only a fan. Breakfast was completely inadequate. A 3 stars, not more.

We went here for 2 nights and had a renovated room. They're still busy renovating the whole hotel.||Good bed and shower, big breakfast buffet and friendly staff.|Although it didn't feel like a 4-star hotel: very cheap toilet paper, instable wifi signal, no airco, badly isolated (with windows closed you can hear cars driving by, we were at the 3rd floor at the side of the street).

A really lovely hotel and great value. Rooms are excellent with a little corridor and separate rooms for wardrobe, toilet and bathroom off the hall. Fantastic decor, beds are comfortable and we had a great, comfortable night. Location also perfect. Walking distance to the Operation Dynamo Museum. We went to the restaurant, 2 mins walk away in the harbour, named Le Protocole which was also fantastic. Good continental breakfast and free parking in front of hotel which was really useful.
