Good airport, generally clean. You can wait there. If you're driving, be careful; you have 10 minutes to pick up or drop off passengers, then you're charged €1 per minute.
Fast, efficient & modern airport. Well connected to central Paris by trains. It takes 45~60 minutes by taxi to and from Gare du Nord (non peak hours). The checkin and security are quick. Absolutely recommended.
We flew into Orly about two weeks ago and are flying out of here to return home. When we first landed, it was quick and easy to get through customs and immigration. We had a connecting Air France flight to checkin for and board. All of that went very straight forward. Upon returning to Orly via Metro, it was a bit of a long walk to get into Orly 4 and find our checkin counter. Once checked in though everything went smooth from there. Our game was easy to find and there was plenty of shops and eateries to choose from. There was also plenty of seating throughout the airport.
Security checks were done rapidly and efficiently, good selection of food and beverages all throughout the outlets. Plenty of space to sit at the time of my flight. Good entertainment options. Excellent connection to the city
Easy airport to get in and out of there were many restaurants to choose from, it was very easy to navigate in this airport even though I had never been there or flown out before. It was clean in the restrooms overall satisfied.

Paris Orly Airport is Paris’s second-largest airport, about 14 km south of central Paris. It handles a mix of domestic and international flights (especially to Europe, North Africa, the Caribbean and some long-haul routes) and is known for a more compact, commuter-friendly feel compared with Charles-de-Gaulle Airport. Orly has multiple terminals connected by shuttles and the Orlyval people-mover, and since 2024 also direct metro service (Line 14) into the heart of Paris — a big convenience boost.
Paris Orly Airport: The Sophisticated Gateway to the City of Light Paris Orly Airport (ORY) stands as more than just a transit hub; it is a symbol of French elegance, historical resilience, and futuristic innovation. Located just 13 kilometers south of the city center, Orly is the preferred choice for travelers who value proximity and efficiency. As of 2026, it has transformed into one of the most modern and seamless aviation facilities in Europe. A Unified Vision: The "One Orly" Layout Historically divided into separate East and South terminals, the airport underwent a massive architectural transformation known as the "One Orly" project. Today, it functions as a single, massive terminal building divided into four logical zones: Orly 1, 2, 3, and 4. The centerpiece, Orly 3, acts as a luminous junction that connects the entire complex. This sector is designed with high ceilings and vast glass facades, allowing natural light to guide passengers through security and boarding. Whether you are flying on a short-haul domestic route or a long-haul international journey, the layout ensures that walking distances are minimized and transitions are effortless. Unrivaled Connectivity: The Line 14 Revolution The most significant upgrade to Orly’s infrastructure is its integration into the Paris Metro Line 14. This fully automated, high-speed rail link has revolutionized travel to the city. Passengers can now reach the heart of Paris, such as Châtelet or Gare de Lyon, in approximately 25 minutes. This direct connection complements existing services like the Orlyval (linking to RER B), the OrlyBus, and various tramway lines, making Orly the most accessible airport in the region. The Passenger Experience: Gastronomy and Innovation Orly offers a curated taste of the Parisian lifestyle. The "Buy Paris" duty-free zones feature flagship boutiques from legendary houses like Chanel, Dior, and Hermès. The culinary scene is equally impressive, ranging from the delicate macarons of La
