We had a fantastic wine tasting at Passelys. The passionate winemaker shared a wealth of information in a clear and engaging way, making everything easy to understand and enjoyable to follow. The wines were delicious, and it was especially exciting to discover the new varieties of resistant grapes as well as the unique Malbec Blanc. A truly surprising discovery. highly recommended for wine lovers!

Yesterday afternoon's wine tasting here was a fantastic experience for our family. Fabian, who runs the family business with his brother, spoke passionately about their wines and how the business has remained in the same family since the mid-1800s. And we learnt a lot about the history of how their wines and other products have evolved over the years, and how that process has continued. There was not the slightest pressure to buy anything but we couldn't resist after tasting their lovely wines!

Was a treat to visit Domaine Le Passelys! Fabian was very welcoming to me on arrival and shared of his family’s history and the history of the region helping me learn more of the traditions and also how they continue to move forward in new sustainable ways. The passion and the kindness were present and the wines them selves were excellent! Will also suggest you get a few bottles of POMAT, delicious cidre An unexpected find for me, but a treat all the same!

Highly recommend a visit! Fabian is a passionate winemaker, and it shows in the way he talks about his wine and in the taste of the product. We tried 6 different wines, and all were delicious. Cahors wine might be my new favorite!

Great tasting at this family run winery which produces traditional Cahors Malbec wines and innovative wines also. We even tried their fantastic cider. Organic production methods and attention to detail. It was a fascinating chat with the current 8th generation owner. Very educational and great conversation.

A great experience tasting some amazing wines—both traditional and modern styles. Our group particularly enjoyed the Colibri white and the traditional Cahors reds. Fabian was extremely welcoming and very generous with his time and knowledge. Many thanks!
