Video was very informative and clearly understood, ordering of the replacement parts was efficiently done and dispatch was as promised. Unfortunately DPD appear to have problems with delivery which unfortunately drops a star. Hopefully delivery will be made next week.

Stan's YouTube videos were great, really easy to follow and understand. I purchased the spare parts from Stan's website and they arrived really quickly the UK. I had the same issue on 2 toilets, the first one took me about 40 minutes to do, the second one took 10 minutes. Thank you Stan!
