Very small regional airport. It was surprsing how I came out after arrival. Couldnt think of an airport at first sight. But when departure, its bit of ok atmosphere though its small regional one. I suggest the airport to have more officers who can speak proper English if you think to welcome other than French speaking people. We cannot learn French very quickly unfortunately just because of we need to use this airport.

Pretty simple airport. Great experience walking directly out of an airplane and then into the building. The only issue I feel was that the communication could be improved in English even though I know they don’t need to. Would just be an upgrade on current systematics.

Needs a revamp. It shows that very little attention and budget has been given to this airport. Boring airport. Shops should be added. Very limited chairs so you will see many passengers just sitting on the floor. Then the numbering of gates is a bit confusing.

This airport seems to have been in a state of construction for at least two years. It is one of the worst airports I have ever travelled in. The shed that acts as the terminal for the low budget airlines is a disgrace – there is zero insulation in the roof and on a 32° day such as we experienced it was unbearably hot. Minimal announcements. And the. screens by the gates were so poorly lit that it was almost impossible to see which destinations each gate was servicing. This airport needs a radical revamp - and fast.

simply the worst airport i’ve been to. no room for travelers, no seats, not even a water fountain to fill up a bottle. No AC of course, It’s such a disgrace. the security personal are rude, which i understand, who would want to work in this airport.

June 3rd, our flight along with many others has been delayed for hours. One staff member has been outstanding. His communication skills, coordination, patience and announcements were excellent. He seemed to me to be in the role of Team Leader but when I enquired he was not in that role. He sure has excellent skills and abilities! I never met him before. His name is Gabriel Rendereau. Take a bow!

This airport is real "French style" experience. Walk to rent-a-car office is through outside. It f it rains, you are in toruble. Same when you walk to gates from check-in counters. You get wet. The low-cost airlines terminal is realy low-cost terminal. No shops, one small coffee, little seating areas.

Security refused to hand scan my film and ran it through the x-ray machine and ruined an entire trip of photos. The agent was extremely arrogant and said it’s never a problem, but he’s the kind of low intelligence person who works in security and maybe should be demoted to a Wendy’s. Way to ruin our memories and send us on a bon voyage. Literally every other airport in the world will hand scan film.
