This was an unforgettable experience. The small dining room allows for impeccable attention to detail with service and at no moment would you feel a need or want without it already being taken care of. I felt undeserving of the royal treatment. Certain dishes brought a tear to my eye. You can truly taste exactly how each vegetable is meant to taste, done to its utmost perfection. You can feel the love and care taken with the menu and dishes.

Pure, delicious and beautiful. We had a lunch tasting meniu on a rainy Monday. It is a cosy atmospheric restaurant. Love the wall with all the flora and fauna. Every dish was exceptionally well prepared, going back to the roots, pure. Salad and asperges in hay were our favourites. The chef is very warm and charismatic person and once you meet him just for few minutes, you know he puts his heart and soul in his restaurant and dishes. Thank you for the experience and wish many more years of succesful plant based culinary experience ❤️

I thought the restaurant was vegetarian but it became vegan at some point. I am neither vegetarian nor vegan but have been trying to eat less meat and more plant based so still game to try it. It did not disappoint. Food was seasonal and fresh. Unexpected and delicious. You’ll still need to bring your checkbook though. Worth it for the unique experience.

Food was good. Amazing that the master chef was able produce such a culinary experience with just vegetable. We were served by knowledgeable staff who made the correct recommendations for food and wine. In addition, we were fortunate to be invited into hid kitchen We were o meet the master chef in person following our meal. He kindly invited us into his kitchen, where we saw him in action and had the opportunity to speak with him. This allowed us to gain an understanding of his culinary concept and the techniques he uses to convey his ideas through his cooking.

An unforgettable experience and absolutely deserving of its three Michelin stars. Every detail- from the impeccable service to the beautifully presented dishes- was executed with precision and care. Each course more impressive than the last, with incredible flavors, creativity, and balance. This is the kind of place you keep thinking about long after you leave. One of the best parts of the evening is to talk to Alain Passard himself after our meal. A flawless, five-star experience- I can’t wait to return.

At Arpege, Alain Passard has achieved something profoundly rare: he has built a complete gastronomic universe that begins in his gardens and unfolds, plate after plate, into a deeply emotional journey. This is not simply vegetable-driven cuisine. It is cuisine born from the soil, translated through an almost instinctive mastery of technique. Passard’s cooking is not only technically elevated it is intellectually generous. Flavor is present in every bite, from the very first note to the final echo of each dish, with no dead space, no filler, no distraction. Here, vegetables are not alternatives or supporting actors; they are absolute protagonists. One senses that the techniques themselves were shaped by Passard’s desire to let nature speak as if the language of vegetables demanded a new grammar, and he was the one who wrote it. What makes the experience even more compelling is the chef’s presence. Passard is there attentive, committed, almost fighting for the guest to truly live his vision. This quiet insistence transforms dinner into something closer to a dialogue than a performance. The atmosphere mirrors the cuisine: calm, elegant, theatrical in the most restrained sense. A stage where nothing is excessive, yet everything is intentional. Arpege is not merely a meal. It is a life experience one that lingers long after the table is cleared, reminding you how far gastronomy can go when it is guided by conviction, humility, and an uncompromising respect for nature.

A magical restaurant in the heart of Paris. The staff was wonderful, and we even got to dine in their secret room above the wine cellar, an unforgettable experience. The décor feels like a fairytale, every corner is full of charm and detail. We tried the tasting menu, and each dish was a work of art, both beautiful and delicious. ✨ Did you know the restaurant keeps its wine collection in a hidden cellar beneath the dining room? It adds to the sense of discovery and makes the evening feel even more special. If you are in Paris, do not miss this place. It is more than dinner, it is an experience.

Arpège in Paris was an absolutely wonderful experience. It was my first vegan dining experience, and even though I’m not vegan, I truly enjoyed the beautiful and incredibly flavorful dishes. Almost every course had its own “wow” moment. I was also lucky enough to meet the chef at the end of the meal. He was such a lovely character, and it made perfect sense why I loved his dishes so much. I will definitely come back again this year!
