Much can be done here with walks and local visitors views, though a bit far from the ferry port, many things to see and do in the town centre and other spots along the waterfront and beach.

The staffs looks like statues who sit in front of there computers. Only two words: "bonjour / Au revoir " with out even look the people who come in.

Great place to start your journey in Dieppe. Took some free leaflets, learned about nice places to visit and had a very nice experience with people who work there. Also found out about free of charge toilets (ask there for a map). And was surprised that you can even take a shower there (I visited the one which was the closest to the Tourist Office and the bridge)

I think a big city like Dieppe (and their tourist office is big too) but my experience feels pretty bad. Before that we went to Fecamp - a smaller city and the tourist office there worked quite enthusiastically. They have lockers for travelers to put their things in (a lot of people recently rent airbnb and it's exhausting to have to check out early - carrying loads of luggage around the city is exhausting). We arrived on a Sunday morning and asked if it was possible to leave our luggage here (even though their business hours are until 5pm) but they said they couldn't. Does this happen every day or only on Sundays? In addition, the e-bike rental service is only open in July and August, so we cannot rent it because it is June. Buses going to other cities are only trips and not the trip back to Dieppe and it wasn't even warned on the information posted at the bus stop. Dieppe is a city with great potential and I really hope your mayor can do something to make it grow.

Very friendly staff, had a section where some of the brochures are in English. Also had a brochure for camping cars when I asked behind the desk.

Opps, not sure what happened here, I seem to have written this review about somewhere different. Like every tourist office we have visited in France the welcome and help offered here was great. We basically wanted a street map in order to visit highlights around the town. Thanks guys, highly recommended 👍

Dark office with all the lights switched off. Gloomy . Very poor selection of leaflets - the outdoor pool has a better selection. Two bored and unfriendly ladies told us we couldn't look out on their balcony because "It's not for tourists". We said "But you're an office for tourists" and they just stared at their computer screens. I have no idea what the real purpose of this lovely, under-utilised office is, but it's not for making foreign tourists love Dieppe. Perhaps Dieppe doesn't want any more tourists?
