I own a haunted house attraction back in the states, this was a lot of fun!! Levels of scares offered for the HH. I opted for the scary version. I love that it was self guided. I loved the sets! The actors were amazing!! A must do for anyone. I had a bit of a panic attack and I knew what was happening so if you want the scares-this is the place. Love the ending-great job and I wish you many more years of success.

Fantastic! Halfway through I thought "I need to be careful not to pee myself". I went alone - the actor (who only appears if you are 10 or older) got me good on all the jumpscares. Some rooms are super scary, some less so - but they build suspense well and had me looking in every corner all the time. The effects are really well done, both visual effects and mechanical! There was an underlying plot in French that I did not understand but I didn't need to.

Absolutely brilliant, amazing staff! I went to the haunted house with my son who just turned 13. We thought he could do it but got really scared in the first room, I indicated to the man to stop and he stopped immediately and gave word to the rest of the tour not to do the full scares, to change to the kid version. I loved it, and thought their immediate response was amazing!! Highly recommend, will go back again and do the full thing

Absolutely not worth the price. The effects are unsettling and unrealistic. The only thing worth praising is the room with the falling elevator effect. The whole thing might scare children under 10 but it's not worth it for older children.

Fun experience. We picked the adult version, with the actor. I found it really scary! The kid version (no actor) would be good for going alone or for the faint of heart.

I definitely recommend if you want a good scare! Entering in this haunted house is like being in a horror movie. The actor playing the ghoul is brilliant, very credible and absolutely terrifying. I don’t think kids or people who get scared easily should do it… it’s not for the faint hearted! I went with my younger sister and she was pretty traumatized by the experience.

Excellent value and great fun. The highlight of our visit to wonderful Carcassonne. Two adults and 14 year & 17yr old. Our 14 year old got too scared and they were excellent in helping her exit. The rest of us went on and seriously had a great time. Definitely recommend and truly outstanding value. Excellent staff👍

Went in there two days in a row: one kids friendly and another one with actors, so much fun !
