The restaurant/café is in an excellent location, with many tourists visiting. We visited it twice, once to eat, the other time just to drink coffee. Unfortunately, the very poor standard of service made no difference. There are 3 ladies behind the counter. You can only order at the counter, so the system is more 'self service'. However, the 3 ladies are chatting to each other, putting away the used dishes that have been returned, but they don't care about the customers who want to order. Coffee does not come with a saucer, and the cake is handed over in a napkin... 😳 And all this is accompanied by a considerable amount of dirt on the floor. 🤨

Croissants au beurre are crispy and light. The croissant aux amandes was sweet, taart but a little less crispy. Coffee is fine, borging special. Staff is very friendly, speaks english and is helpful.

I live here since more of one year and I am/was used to come to this lovely place to have a coffee at least once per week. Now the service team is different, and I experienced not a glad moment with one of the girls of today’s service. Not polite at all. Due to services like this, other big chains have success!

This was a good place to stop for a quick lunch after a Moet & Chandon tour. We enjoyed sandwiches and coffee. It's convenient.

Reasonable price for a breakfast. Had sugar crepe but wish it could be thinner.

Pastries baked freshly daily and delicious. Can highly recommend the apricot croissant. Found the service friendly and we went back on the second day.

Relaxed vibes, great simple sandwiches and dessert for lunch

The hot chocolate is amazing! (Better than the decent coffee.) Croissants and pâtisserie are fine. It's the location and the special upstairs that makes this place great.
