Had an excellent stay, |This was my second visit to this hotel, prior was 2 years earlier.||Service was brilliant, extremely friendly and staff at the front desk knew who is was even before saying Hi. ||Pros: |- Amazing service at the front desk.|- Brilliant location, right near the promenade and close to just about everything.|- well organised and spacious rooms.|(Was given a very nice room with a big balcony) ||Cons: |- a little on the expensive side |- Wifi was a little slow and I had to keep reconnecting each day. ||Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion Cannes! The location is perfect — just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still quiet and relaxing. The hotel was elegant, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt luxurious but welcoming at the same time. Everything was handled with attention to detail, making the experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cannes. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Convenient transportation to almost everywhere. Nice service and very clean. Fast and quick response to requests. Will recommend to friends and family.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff are friendly and super helpful. They guided us through all our activities and were amazing. We had a delicious banana bread with wine in our room to welcome us. The manger Pascal and Nagali went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect. Pascal and Nagali are the best. Thank you to these amazing staff for taking such good care of us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Carla was an amazing client manager. From the moment that I arrived she was extremely attentive and very warm and friendly yet professional. She made sure that my stay was flawless and recommended that I attend three complementary events at the hotel. One was fully booked, but the other two were free. I had a skin analysis session at the Majestic and attended a mixology event. Both events were great and staff were very professional. Nice rooms, lovely staff and beautiful hotel. There is also a small gym which came in handy for a quick workout. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel . I'm there every year and it is always a great time there . Really like the service , breakfast is very well organised and nothing is missing really . Bedroom are spacious , very quiet. Bed mattress and pillow is very good 👍. Little balcony with chairs and table but never used it . Few meters away from the beach and Casino so ideal for any activities in Cannes . Would recommend . By the way , there is a access ramp for disabled people and a nice drop zone right right in front the entrance of the hotel . Bus station Is just infront to go in town . Train station is not far at all either . Certainly best value for money in my view .

We had a fantastic holiday at the hotel. The rooms are elevated, elegant, comfortable, I even googled the mattress name to get one for my home. The hotel is situated 1 block from the beach and just next to the shopping area. There are restaurants, shops, casino, tours, everything yjust few steps away. We stayed in Easter and while the city was crowded the hotel never felt like that. A real retreat. A special thanks to Carla and Stella at the reception, the go beyond service to ensure your comfort. We will definitely recommend and comeback.

Had an experience with front desk. Upon realizing they had erred with my parking arrangements, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, front desk staff was dismissive and stated what was the big deal- I’d just be paying a few more euros. I was surprised by the response - obviously a few euros is something I could cover, but the reaction was rude and condescending. Very inappropriate response to a guest. Just acknowledge the mistake - don’t brush it away as unimportant. Arthur/Anton could use some more training on how to handle guest services.
