We have recently purchased a secondhand vehicle from Volvo. We were looked after from start to finish with care and consideration. Information on vehicles was shared and questions answered giving us reassurance. The opportunity to test drive was offered and this was a proper test to check the vehicle against our needs. There was a language issue (our French is limited) but the staff found someone who could discuss a purchase with us and he turned out to be just what we needed. They started by listening to what we were looking for and it moved forward from there. We placed a deposit on the vehicle after our questions and queries were answered. On returning to collect the car we were treated as if we were purchasing a brand new car, they really value their customers! The car received a full service and outstanding checks completed. It was sparkling and ready to be driven away. As this was all very new for us Antoine kindly explained what we might receive in the post and requests that might come through to us over the coming days. If you are at all unsure know that you will receive 5* service. All the staff were friendly and they want to help. Ein junges und kompetentes Team, wir hatten mit unserem XC90 ein problem mit dem Motor und uns wurde sofort ein Termin für die Reparatur gegeben, wir konnten noch mit dem Auto fahren, und am vereinbarten Termin wurde uns sofort geholfen. Auch wenn vieles via Telefon-Translator gesprochen wurde klappte die Verständigung perfekt. Vielen Dank an ein solch tolles Team und wir können beruhigt mit dem Caravan zurück nach Deutschland. J ai acheté un xc60 Polestar avec Paul, un jeune homme très compétent, efficace, très professionnel, il est venu me chercher à la gare ,très gentil, il a tout organisé et maîtrise tres bien son sujet . Un grand merci également aux préparateurs, chef d atelier, le véhicule était impeccable et c est un autre jeune homme qui m a tout expliqué pour la prise en main au niveau de l intérieur et l électronique, c était super . Rapide ,efficace, professionnel, sympathique,rien a redire .... Je recommande vivement.
