TECHNIQUE FACADE

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a contractor in France. The contract was incomplete and handwritten. The work that was supposed to take two weeks took seven months (weather was always the excuse). He overcharged for work already agreed upon, had no pride in the work he did, and we had to get him back many times to fix things that were incorrect. In the end, he scammed me, insisting I owed a different amount than what he had agreed to in the contract, and when I refused, he threatened to break the work that he had done. Never hire this man. He is a dishonorable business person who yells inappropriately and is just there to take your money and do the cheapest job he can possibly do. If I could rate zero stars, I would. What a miserable experience.

Entreprise qui n'a pas de parole. Le chantier a était commencé avec 8mois de retard. J'ai fait repeindre la maison. Une partie des dalles a était repeinte. Des suppléments m'ont était demandé sinon arrêt du chantier.

Chantier très propre et rendu impeccable. Le résultat est magnifique. Notre maison retrouve son charme d'antan.

À FUIR !!!!! LE CRÉPIS SE FISSURE DE PARTOUT (VOIR PHOTOS), C’EST CATASTROPHIQUE ! DES PROMESSES NON TENUES ! UN TRAVAIL GROSSIÉ SANS FINITIONS !!! JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS, METTEZ VOTRE ARGENT DANS UN AUTRE !!!

Nous avons fait appel à cette entreprise pour une pose de crépi taloché sur un côté de notre maison. Mr El Moutawakil est très réactif , ponctuel et trés professionnel. Le travail a été fait dans les temps, proprement et parfaitement réalisé. Nous recommandons à 100%.
