Stayed three nights during Christmas week. I have amazing experience. The location is beautiful and very convenient, bus stop & train station are just few steps away. The apartment is exactly what they described online.The check-in process is a bit different from hotel but they provided clear instructions. I enjoyed my stay, Thank you !!

A lovely, quiet accommodation with plenty of natural light. Comes with a working fridge and a much-appreciated cappuccino maker. Nice views of the nearby Saint Francois Xavier Church - an area full of Parisian history and cuisine culture.||The bedrooms had a roof window. Didn’t appear to have a curtain so every night, we had views of the night sky. ||The wifi was 100% reliable. TV had interesting shows covering archeology and tourism.||The bathrooms were nice and simple, although had some drainage issues. ||The only complaint was the twirling stairs that led to our apartment from the 5th floor lift - highly dangerous to be moving heavy suitcases up and down those stairs. The stairs in the living room were pretty but hurt our feet a bit - slippers are required when using these stairs.||Overall, a nice stay in a traditional French apartment. Would recommend for a week’s stay.

Stayed with my wife and child. The room had very old furnishings and was poorly cleaned — there was a lot of trash under the sofas, including old dried-up contraceptives. We strongly do not recommend this place.

Charming apartment (#2) with balcony and lovely view over the church. Quiet and yet close to most things. Eiffel Tower a 10 min walk away. Well equipped with creative use of the space available. Kitchen surprisingly well equipped. Beds comfortable. 2 sofa beds in the main living area which was spacious. We loved it. ||Apartment is full of character but compact - perhaps not for you if you’ll be put out by shower being almost on top of the toilet and with no shower curtain (but shower is excellent). Owner will need to deal with small areas of mould in the bathroom too. But separate basin area is new, bright and very clean. Didn’t ever meet any staff and contact during our stay could have been better. |

Advertised as deluxe- really not! 3 beds but only 2 duvets. Tiniest lift that does not go to ground floor and stunk of urine. Balcony tiny. Kitchen tiny. No room on landing for lift for any more than 1 skinny person. Winding stairwell no room to get bags up and down stairs and no lighting when trying to punch in code for door to apartment.

These apartments were really well-situated - near a lovely church, a wonderful boulangerie and the metro. The manager was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was quite small but functional and the bed was very comfortable.

Having read some bad reviews about these apartments, we were quite anxious about our stay. We did have to wait half an hour for the manager to arrive but once he did he was very helpful. There were 3 of us and the apartment was plenty big enough with a pleasant view of the church across the street. It was reasonably clean and was good as a base, close to shops for groceries and some nice homely restaurants. All up good value for money.

The Appartment was seen on Booking.com with really perfect photos. But the reallity was a bit different. A lot of dirt in all hidden areas, I don`t like that. A broken Window couldn`t be repaired over the whole stay and it can`t be closed. So finally the traffic noise was there the whole night. In one sleeping room a window can`t be darkened an the sun shines in there from 5 am - I had to ins appartment costs really a lot of bucks, so I hope that this feedback changes something to the good side for future guests.
