Was visiting Disney and didn't want to take my own wheelchair ( didn't want to lose it or get it damaged going thru the airport!) So I hired one for my stay. It was delivered to my hotel and picked up from same at a time to suit me. I had an issue with comfort and it took a quick email which was responded to within an hour and then a newer version of the wheelchair was provided with a different cushion which solved the issue for me. This was done free of charge with smiles and genuine pleasant attitude and a desire to help. The wheelchair, which was electric performed incredibly well, was comfortable even when sat in all day long, had huge battery length resilience once charged. The chair was in good condition, clean and more than adequate for my needs. I am very happy to fully endorse and recommend Axsol for the hire of equipment for any type of trip, rather than take your own specialist chair. My chair folded up to go in taxis. I travelled in buses without issue. And it passed thru all doorways without any problem. I will use Axsol again anytime I come back to Europe and will gladly answer any specific questions if necessary.

I was traveling out of the country and needed a walking aid. I found AXSOL online and gave it a shot. I was nervous! I've never conducted business overseas, and if this fell through I wouldn't be able to enjoy my vacation. All corresponded was via email. The invoices and the contracts . It was seamless. I rented the electric scooter. They delivered it to the hotel and picked it up. I did not have to be present, which was a plus! AXSOL delivered a scooter to sante fe hotel for me. It was there on my arrival at hotel and was picked up from hotel. It proved reliable for 6 days.Communication with AXSOL was clear and precise. I met the man at pick up and he was a lovely man. I had concerns about a few bumps and scratches on the scooter at delivery so took pictures to protect my damage deposit. I need not of worried. It was returned to me quickly. I would recommend AXSOL.

A brilliant service with this company. Easy to hire, kept up to date with delivery etc. Had an issue with one of the scooters which was resolved within an hour. Cannot fault them at all, lovely to speak to and courteous. Will use again for my next hire.

Excellent customer service, easy to book scooters for my elderly 80 year old parents for Disneyland Paris. The scooters were dropped off ready for our pick up at the Newport Bay hotel and they were excellent for getting around the park. Very easy to charge as well. All in all a very good experience and the customer was prompt and clear.

Service was responsive, efficient and effective. A problem occurred but was addressed fully and promptly.
