CANAL+ TELECOM AFRICA

While I haven't visited the physical CANAL+ ONE building in person, my experience dealing with their corporate team and customer support remotely has been very positive. They were responsive, helpful, and resolved my inquiries efficiently. A reliable organization to deal with!

A very old company with very old customer service policies. They erroneously debited my card 3X. And none of the subscriptions worked (unlike normal online systems). It is apparently my fault for having clicked more than once. OK. Now when I asked for the money back for the 2 extra debits, they ask me to send a letter to the claims department to get it back. And they claim I have 3 subscriptions and if I want to cancel the other 2 I need to speak to someone before I can cancel. Honestly they charge premium prices (45 EUR month on monthly contract) and make it incredibly hard to do business with them. It's a pity they aren't learning from current media companies like Netflix and make it simple.
