My stay at this hotel has been very disappointing, mainly due to repeated service failures. On more than one occasion, my takeaway breakfast was either incomplete or incorrectly prepared. One morning I was refused milk for my coffee despite it being available. On another, I did not receive the ordered coffee or sandwich at all, and the fruit salad provided was so poorly packed that it spilled in the bag. Such basic issues should not occur, especially for a long-term guest. Unfortunately, the lack of consistency and attention to detail makes it difficult to recommend this hotel.

I selected this hotel because it was close to the exhibition grounds for the trade show I was attending. It was adequate, but it is in the middle of nowhere. The room was comfortable and clean, although basic. I had requested a quiet room away from the elevators. My room was across the elevators and directly above the garbage area where there was always noise and clattering. The reservation agent offered extra Bonvoy points and a complimentary drink to compensate for this mix up, merci Natalia. The real bright spot was the rooftop patio and restaurant, AMELIA. I enjoyed the late afternoon drink outdoors & both dinners, with the service provided by Marian, thank you. I must add that the entire team at Amelia was very accommodating. I would stay again at this hotel but only out of necessity if returning to attend the fair.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because of its convenient location. It’s well-situated for my needs, although the surrounding area offers very limited options for dining out in the evening. Breakfast is very basic for a hotel of this category. What’s more, it’s exactly the same every single day—no variety, no changes, which quickly becomes monotonous. That said, the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and probably the best choice in the area overall.

Truly awful stay. |I’ve stayed a few times over the years for work and each time I’ve hated it. |Noisy hotel. Noisy rooms due to the cheap ‘laminate’ flooring. |Can hear every footstep in every room around yours, left right, up down. |Can’t stand this hotel but sadly had no choice as work booked it. |Breakfast is awful too. |Please don’t accept a room with a connecting door, again I had no choice as the hotel was full. |My room was near the lift and that has an automatic voice that shouts out the floor etc. heard it through my door. |About time they put CARPETS in the rooms to stop the noise from the floors. |This would solve this huge problem

I was tested positive with Covid-19 so was forced to isolate. From the second I let reception know, everything was straight forward and the support was amazing. I was told immediately what the hotel can and can’t do, how to get fresh linens delivered, what to do about breakfast and what other services were on hand. Breakfast was brought within 10 minutes of a morning call every day and exactly what I had requested. Thought the stay, the staff were very kind, courteous and attended my every request with speed, professionalism and all whilst maintaining a very safe distance. Extremely grateful to everyone.

Modern and well-maintained hotel with a very distinctive building. The exterior looks clean and professional, and the location near Le Bourget Airport is convenient. Easy access by car and the area is calm. Looks like a good option for business travelers.

Very disappointing- no heating in the room and when I tried to call the reception about it , the phone was not working at all it seems like it’s just a decoration piece in the room. Ended up sick for sleeping in the cold as I had no energy anymore to go down to the reception.

Such a nice hotel for your holiday trips.I went Paris for an exhibition and the hotel was 5 minutes drive away from the exhibition center which was perfect for me!The breakfast was so good and you can order omlettes don't forget that.They have a restaurant in rooftop.Foods are good but if you are muslim please tell them to not add alcohol on top of your creme brulee and burn it😔
