I’m not sure if its the French experience or the gym itself, I just feel sometimes people aren’t really interested in working out there. The red walls at first were shocking but I grew fond of them. Sometimes too packed, but generally ok. Could use more machines, but lacks the space.

I'm really frustraded, I was there for more tham 2 years and I naver had a intervew with the coach, because were never aveilable or someting.. and to make it better, we had the covid... ok Now, I trying to finish sicnce october 2021, we are in April 2022 and by now it's a mess! they lost my resiliention letter and they are insisting that I'm missing the payment of 5 months, what it's not true, but they are not able to say what are the months about BUT they keep trying to charge me at the bank. No feedback, I'm really stressed, worst experience and customer orientation
