LAB

We bought our property in Èze in 2016 and slowly planned our full renovation over the years.I work internationally so we had to be really clear with our objectives and time frames and planning. We tried several builders and we started to get disheartened with budgets and communication, especially with inflation soaring,Then my wife and I had an impromptu lunch near Lab builders office where I simply googled general building near me. Michael the Patron responded to my WhatsApp message immediately and hooked me up the same afternoon with extremely qualified and charming Megan that talked me through the whole process Michael then came to our condo for an in depth on-site meeting and promised to fit within our budget and time frame. We found the whole experience excellent from start to finish and the chief builder Loan was an absolute magician Overall I found lab to be a class act and we feel extremely lucky to have found them , Michael is born in Nice which is important and he has excellent taste and was a great communicator. My philosophy when it comes to doing business has always been , Why deal with sharks when you can swim with Dolphins Lab builders is certainly the latter

Very very happy with the extensive renovations LAB Renovation has completed in our apartment. The project manager is exactly that, he managed the project expertly and with great patience; he guided us on what he felt were the best solutions and we constantly worked together in ensuring results exceeded expectations. A huge bonus was the ability to add to the project once it was underway. Changes and additions to the original scope became apparent once work started and these requests were accommodated with no objections at all. All the staff who worked in the apartment were professional, skilful, polite and friendly. We’re so happy that we’ve already begun discussing the next phase of upgrades. And a big plus for me is they communicate effortlessly in English (as well as French). With my very poor French there is no way I could have embarked on such complex work if they weren’t proficient English speakers.
