What a « great » idea to close the swimming pool for exactly 3 last weeks of warm weather. The organization is very « perfect », not to mention a complete mess at the pool that nobody ever controls. People are allowed to push other people, play and splash everywhere disturbing the swimmers and the pool guards at the same time just sit in their high chairs looking either in the sky or in their phone, or just chatting to each other. They act like they are Gods of this pool but they don’t do their job at all. This is more a Bordel than a swimming facility.

Disaster - after paying entry we were informed we could not swim because we didn't have swimming caps nor did they like our bathing suits. After being inside for 2 minutes they would not refund our money. What a joke.

Swimming pool and whole complex is good… but this review is to penalize management who decided that despite closing the entire building for 2 weeks for the Olympic Team GB to train (and thus denying access to paid subscribers) that it would be okay to charge the whole amount of the monthly fee. Horrible customer service.

Very functional and complete sport center

Love spending quality time with my kids. They have natural lighting and high ceiling with nice design! The only dismay remains the semi-constant pestering of some of the surveillant who are more of a Debbie Downers.

Great swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor! But the spa area is quite small, and there is only one small jacuzzi, not really worth the entry price.
