Rooms attractive, well laid out & comfortable with excellent terrace. Of particular note was the excellent & caring service from restaurant, bar, cleaning & reception staff (though concierge a bit crabby & gave us incorrect information about dinner reservation). It is very challenging to get good people so they clearly have a superstar manager. Location perfect as located by the water & a few minutes off the main St Tropez zone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel La Ponche. The hotel is wonderful - beautifully decorated, it has real charm with luxurious rooms that are full of personality and the history of the hotel. The service from the staff is excellent - from transporting us from the car garage to the hotel in their own Tuk Tuk to being shown our amazing room (which had been kindly upgraded to one with a balcony and sea view), every staff member was lovely and welcoming. Our whole stay was perfect, we couldn't have stayed anywhere better to explore beautiful Saint Tropez and we look forward to visiting again in the future!

Hotel La Ponche was fabulous! Their old world touches like real keys that you leave at the desk, beautifully uniformed staff and gorgeous flowers were very appreciated. My room was wonderfully appointed but unfortunately up a very small winding staircase - which I didn't love at 5:00am after dancing the night away. Overall I would highly recommend Hotel La Ponche. Their team is continuing to assist me with a few issues after my trip with other vendors.

La Ponche is the kind of address that people who know Saint-Tropez well tend to keep to themselves. It sits right on the old fishing quarter and the atmosphere is completely different from the busier hotels in town. We have stayed here several times and the rooms facing the sea are worth requesting specifically. The hotel is small, the service is personal, and the whole experience feels more like staying in a very well-kept private house than a hotel. For anyone who wants to be in Saint-Tropez without feeling like they are in the middle of it, this is the right choice.

Wonderful hotel and staff, perfectly located in Saint Tropez. Highly recommended. My only (minor) suggestions are to add a night light to the bathroom and cushions to the sofa in the deluxe suite. This was our second visit and we would certainly return.

Rooms and decor need updating as do the beds. We would have expected a better room based on the price we paid. The carpet was very worn and was dated. It was a great location but really not worth the price.

Amazing, Amazing and Amazing. The rooms are fabulous with fabulous personal touches. The food was delicious and my massage was fantastic. It felt like a wonderful fancy home ! December is the perfect time with mild weather, fun shopping AND Christmas markets!!! Thanks for a lovely stay....I will be back! Lynn F.
