It is a long climb up but you cannot access it due to being on private land, not much of it to see anyway. But turn around and the views are panoramic, it is clear why this hill was chosen for a castle. Someone has taken the trouble to mount a flag on one tower.

While you can’t access ruins now (site is privately owned), the view from Belvedere de Pipet is gorgeous (also visible from may other parts of the town). Chateau was constructed in 13th century and was partially dismantled in 1633 on the orders of Cardinal Richelieu to prevent its usage in religious rebellions.
