I recently bought a laptop thru Carrefour marketplace. This company sent the wrong item. Once I complained about the issue they replied by just saying how sorry they were and that I shold ship the originally purchased laptop back to be reinbursed. How am I supposed to send it back if you didn't ship it, you shipped something else, of lesser quality and value.
