05/2023 I Submit my Dossier for Change of Status at Bobigny Prefecture. I Applied for Salaried Visa Status. I Received Confirmation Authorisation de Travail from interior France Department. 2-Times Submit Application Demarche simpliee Website 10-Times Letter Recommandee, 20-Times Normal Courier. 100+ Emails. But last 3-Yrs Continuesly I Just Received from Prefecture Recepisse Renewal. Mentally I was Too Much Disturbed Because of Delays & last 3-Yrs I didn't Receive any Positive Response from Prefecture Sight !!!!

My student visa has already expired, and I applied for my APS visa over two months ago. Since then, I have had no valid visa, which means I cannot travel or work. This situation is extremely difficult and stressful. I went to the prefecture in person to explain my situation, but I did not receive any useful information or assistance. Additionally, the prefecture has not responded to any of my emails, messages, or calls, despite the fact that I have sent over 150 emails. The lack of communication and support is very disappointing.

Appointments at 8h30, Door 2: Long queues where there are people who started earlier in the queue may sell you their place for 20€. There is always a delay of 1-2hours and worse if your appointment is after 11h00, because they go for their lunch break (so another hour of waiting) Afternoon appointments may have a shorter wait. For collection of Titre de séjour, Check screen (with numbers) for the ticket number given to you at the door and collect from Guichet with Yellow sign. Do not wait at the same green guichets/screens for your names (that’s for submission of dossiers only). Some updated signages will be much appreciated really!

I am from India and my husband live in France and he applied for family reunion. my file is in prefecture since January 2024. But still I am waiting the response of the prefecture. I am too much worried because whenever I check my file status, I always see waiting for prefecture decision. I want to know how much longer time it will take to process file and will give decision. Is anyone here to sort out my problem ?

Great experience!! Came here to renew my visa. Really helpful and polite staff. I don't speak a word of French but still made it through the whole process. I came in without an appointment and finished my work in an hour.

They don't reply to any emails or whatever you try in order to contact them. Online slots are always full so hope there , i don't understand what these people do at prefecture instead of work , they're such a shame. I'll kill myself because of them one day. They have no empathy , it's just so heartless. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible.

The worst place you could ever apply for a titre de sejour. Its been 10 months since my arrival and this people don’t even dare to provide me a proper document/VISA, eventhough I am an employ of French scientific agency.
