Efficient online check in. Arrived s bit early, director checked and saw our flat was ready, so was able to start the holiday early..thank you.||Flat was clean, everything you need for 2 weeks. On first floor in the canapé of the trees, which we liked. ||Great gardens, so we'll maintained. Leading to a lovely beach. You set up in rhe morning, leave everything in situ, back for lunch, and wander back in your own time. Family friendly beach, no kids hanging out on scooters. ||Staff friendly, we paid for parking, just easier and prefer the car in the shade in the summer heat.||All good, yes there is no sitcom. You know that when you book. Not end of the world ||Cheers all

It was really a nice place to spend good time and holidays. It's hospitality is really international ( for everyone from anywhere) Their rooms are clean and with all necessary items to make it a home away from home with or without children.

We had a fantastic visit to Pierre Vacanes Pramasquire in Cap de negre. Beautiful quiet residence well laid out and landscaped. Lovely views of the Med and 2mins to very nice beach. Great staff who do not disturb you and the area around La Lavandou is spectacular. We left on the 20th during a thunderstorm and were lucky enough to get away ahead of the damage that the storm caused. Our thoughts are with the lovely people of the area who have lost so much. We pray that all will be restored to the the beautiful are that we felt privileged to spend time in. For us a holiday to remember and a destination we would highly recommend. 😎

This is my third time staying here. We love the location,we love the friendly staff, we love the ambiance of the residence and its guests, we love the grounds. However this year I was disappointed with the 'Renovated' room. We were in a 24sqm flat. Two down from where we stayed 2 years ago. The only difference is the air conditioning. The rest has not changed. The air con unit is on the balcony. So if its on, the hot air is pumped all over the balcony. So you cant have it on and be cool and be inside, whilst another may want to sit on the balcony in the heat of the air being pumped out. When on at night, its noisy as your head is next to the unit separated by the window. The curtains are way to long, and don't close properly as they are not wide enough so you are woken every morning by the rising day. The shower pressure is a joke,it can't be due to usage from elsewhere ,as its weak at anytime of the day. Often a trickle comes out. I resorted to rinsing the hair of my daughter at the baby pools shower to get the salt out..as the flats shower was just to weak to do this. I paid extra for a Renovated flat..but basically its the same flat with an ill thought out air con unit. Unfortunately the negatives out weighed the positives. A shame, but won't be returning to the accommodation.

This was our third visit to the excellent l’Anse Pramousquier apartments. We always visit out of season ( April and October ) when the temperature is pleasant but not so hot. The apartments are basic but the location and the grounds are OUT OF THIS WORLD !! The beach, accessed by beautiful, manicured grounds, is simply stunning and secluded. This is a very special place for my family and friends and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The P&V staff are always ready to help if needed ( which we seldom do ). My thanks to the maintenance man who kindly accepted our keys when we left early for the airport. We cannot wait to get back to this little piece of paradise.

The room was fine but there was no air conditioning. This made sleeping very difficult. I know I should have read the "facilities" of what's provided with the room, i.e. no air con. But still given that the "normal" price for the room would have been around 1500 euros, not having Air con is pretty bad. We paid around 1000 euros which is bad enough. The idea of spending 1500 (200 a night) for a room without air conditioning is really terrible.||||We had to have all the windows and doors open to be able to keep the room at an acceptable temperature. Also because there was no fly screens we ended up with a lot of mosquito bites.||||Parking was very difficult. Don't expect to be able to park a car if you have car that is over 1m 90cm. The parking slots where very very tight and that meant parking a car was very stressful. Concrete pillars either side of the parking space made getting into the slot really hard. I had things on the roof of the car. I had to take them off and leave them at my parents who live close by. Had I not had them nearby it would have been very difficult.||||The people at the desk were helpful in so far as they were able to be helpful.||||Not sure I will be going back.

The 'residence' has super nice and professional staff, always helpful and smiling. Great location, 2 mins walking from the beautiful beach of Pramousquier! We had a flat on the top floor with a great sea-view from the Terrasse. BUT: our "6/7 people appartement" was so tiny that with our family of 4 we could barely move around the furniture, "rooms" were under 9 square meter minimum legal standard. Also, there was no AC, only 2 old-fashioned fans, so the tiny place under the roof heated impressively and it was impossible to sleep, even with windows open. Worst thing: IF you leave the windows open you have the spotlights from the stairs each time someone walks by in your face (not possible to close curtains when windows open), the fear someone might climb from the staircase on your neighboring balcony, and the NOISE from the busy street behind the residence. So we finally slept during daytime on the lovely beach and turned in our overheated beds at night. P.S.: lousy old TV we never managed to turn on

Very nice garden and staff but our ground floor room was full of ants. Some elements of the room (floor strips, wardrobes or wall paint) were extremely used. To sum up - I liked the residence area but the room was not the best experience.
