I believe we arrived during their scheduled lunch close but we were invited in. Learned about the place from a flyer at our accomodations in Cavaillon. I have always been a big fan of nougat and this place does top quality nougat, all natural, no sugar (honey from their own bees). Many delicious flavors. Even have their own label beer, made with honey, and it's great.

Never seen such a choice of Nougat! Lots of samples to try. Also did energy bars for cyclist which were delicious

Beautiful spot for beverages, sweets, and light eating, all nestled in a charming mountain village. The wide selection of nougats -- made on site -- is worth the trip. For visitors, the large parking lot is a godsend. Not to be missed!🙂

Very good nougat. Also a very nice place for a coffee inside or outside. What would be great is to know where to order depending on what you want as there are two paying/ordering areas, it’s a bit confusing, especially if you want to buy a coffee AND nougat.

A Must-Visit for Nougat Lovers! Nougats SILVAIN is an absolute gem! Their nougat is hands down some of the best I’ve ever tasted—perfectly balanced between crunchy almonds and soft, melt-in-your-mouth honey sweetness. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are just incredible. The shop itself is charming, and the staff are warm and welcoming, always happy to share their passion for their craft. If you're in the area, this is a must-visit spot! Highly recommend trying their classic nougat as well as their unique seasonal flavors.

Nice staff. But the food/ice cream was very disappointing. Icecream had no taste (flavors: nougat and honey) and was very expensive…. (11€ for 4 scoups). It got recommended to us by a local but it wasn’t for us. It feels like a place made for tourists…. (Not in a good way).

It’s definitely a hotspot for tourists. Very busy and a little overpriced. We got some nougat and ice cream but it took forever to check out and the ice cream was below expectations for the price that we paid (€5/scoop).
