Polite, friendly staff. No waiting and very prompt results by email. A far cry from the NHS in the UK.
Great service. I booked my appointment online for a PCR test. The lady at reception was kind and available, she provided me with all the information. There was basically no waiting time for me. The nurse/doctor was gentle/polite, she took the test without any pain. Note: test PCR is free with EU National Insurance card.
