Went the other night for Star Wars Mandalorian, listened to them upsell another customer "Would you like to upgrade that popcorn, you get free refills?" then close the concession stand down about 20 to 30 minutes later after our movie started. When we got out of the movie, there was no one in the building. No staff, no security, not even cleaning crews. Theater rooms are nice, comfortable, facility is great, but going out for a refill on your drink shortly after the movie starts and it all being closed makes you want to ensure you never go for a 9pm movie again, lest you be told there is water in the drinking fountains by the bathrooms if you want a refill because they are closing the drink machines down. It was about 5 or 10 minutes after the movie started.

Went to see a movie why we were in town. We went and Saw Avatar 3 in the big D theater and it was super clean and the auditorium was very nice. I would like to say thank you to Moya who was at the concession stand as she really was great and made us feel very welcome and it great to see how she treated everyone. I will definitely be back because of her.

My first time at this location and I will for sure be back. While on vacation to visit family. Took in a movie. First showing. STAFF so dog on friendly and helpful. Concessions food was pricey, but Staff explained how I could maximize my AMC Rewards and was able to feed my party of 3. Food was excellent. Hot Dogs, Pretzel Bites, and chicken tenders. Theatre was SUPER clean, and my seats clean floor not sticky and just good vibes.

I just ordered 2 tickets, popcorn, and a drink for a movie on Sunday. After checking out I noticed that i had been charged $5.98 for a “convenience fee” and $1.98 for a “service fee.” I paid almost $8.00 for doing their job. This is nothing short of a rip off.

My husband and I are watching The Devil Wears Prada 2 right now, and he walked down to get a refill on our large popcorn. They are completely out of popcorn, and say that they're not making anymore. He said that they were literally dumping it into the trash as he approached the counter. We weren't the only ones asking for a refill, and it was only 8:30. Multiple movies are still going, and many of us bought large popcorns and are supposed to be able to get free refills. We won't be back here for awhile. AMC do better!

Went to see The Backrooms the other day with a friend. Was turned around because they "don't accept permits as a valid form of ID." Not only is a permit a valid form of ID, it also states that they were 18, and the ID wasn't expired. I should've spoken up on this matter at the time, but didn't. Make sure if you come with a permit as your form of ID, that you don't express that it is a permit, because apparently that's the keyword they care about for your ID, even though it is 100% a valid form of ID that is asked for anywhere. Thanks.

Very fast, friendly service. Had a ticket mixup but the staff were very quick to fix it. The theater was very clean as well. Will definitely be returning for our next movie!

I'm ONLY giving 5 stars because of the movies I saw were great, the auditorium was clean and so were the bathrooms, however your workers specifically your cashiers are incredibly rude and unprofessional, I wish I got the name of the young man that was working the registers May 9 because he was very rude and the manager was about to be called on him had he continued being so, if they don't want to be representation for customer service then they definitely should NOT be working here because I almost asked for a refund on both of my movie tickets (Michael and Mortal Kombat II) and left due to him.
