I successfully bought my first property in France with the help of Carol Young from Bordeaux & Beyond, a daunting task as my french was fairly basic, Covid was rampant and the Brexit deadline was looming. Carol was absolutely fabulous to deal with. We really clicked. She understood quickly my requirements (there was an extensive list!) and short listed several beautiful properties for my husband and I to visit. We fell in love with one and with Carol's help we secured the deal! She guided us through the legal process and was always on hand to answer questions. Thank god for WhatsApp! We completed the sale just as we were heading into the second lockdown, so we've not had a chance to raise a glass of bubbles with Carol. I'm sure there will be ample opportunity this summer. I highly recommend Bordeaux & Beyond and would not hesitate to use Carol again in the future.

She did a good job searching a property to match our various criterias ,she worked diligently,patiently and professionally over a year to find a match. She was open minded and did a good job negotiating the purchase of our new summer residence. I would highly recommend her services her command of the local language and understanding of the French real estate laws and regulations is a big plus for non french buyers.
