Horrible company. Avoid at all costs. They confirmed me on a nonsmoking room as I have very severe asthma. Arrived at the hotel and found that they allow smoking in every room. BNetwork won't respond, won't help. I've emailed, called, and whatsapped for two days and have gotten nothing. They were very quick to take my money and now have gone completely silent.
