“A Parisian Gem” 😋 Ethik Bistronomie in Colombes is a true culinary delight. From the moment I stepped into the charming ambiance, I knew I was in for a treat. The restaurant's commitment to ethical sourcing and fresh, seasonal ingredients is evident in every dish. I was particularly impressed by the artistry and flavor of the mains. The vegetarian options were equally impressive, showcasing the chef's creativity and ability to transform simple ingredients into extraordinary flavors. This restaurant is as particular literally a life saver being opened on a Sunday in Paris. I was there working the Olympic Games and had a day off where I was looking to just grab a bite in town and came across this place. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable and attentive staff who made our lunch experience truly enjoyable. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or simply looking for a memorable meal, Ethik Bistronomie is a must-visit. It's a place where you can savor delicious food, appreciate the care that goes into each dish, and enjoy a truly authentic Parisian dining experience.

Rarely I care about service, but the guys here, top notch folks. We were friends by the end of my meal (which was a simply classic delicious meal, perfectly cooked chicken in a lentil purée - solid clean good food, as you can see by empty plate). But the waiters, super kind. They helped me plan a soccer game. They checked in multiple times. They let me stay inside to wait out the rain. Will come back just to say hi. Will be back for a brunch vibe.

3 words to say: Fancy, Tasty and expensive. No doubt if in a group of 3 do try Épaule d'agneau. No doubg the taste is amazing and one recommendation do make reservations. Be ready to empty your pockets and they have baby high chairs.

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff. The food was devine. We ordered the streak with mashed potatoes. We were checked on often. The iced tea was unlike any I've ever had; perfect. If I'm ever in Paris again this restaurant will be a stop of mine.

Make sure to check the menu before you order. We ordered a glass of white wine and they served us one of €11 a glass.. Food was ok, not great. The restaurant is at a nice little square.

Really disgusting. I came at 11:45, saw a fairly nice patio in a small walkway and thought Ethik could be a nice lunch spot. There was basically no one sitting down so no reason for the kitchen to be in a rush. Nevertheless, I ordered a burger rare (saignant) and received a basically uncooked (bleu) burger. It was gross but I didn't have time to ask for the burger to be redone. I asked for some ketchup to at least mask the taste and watched my male waiter flirt with the other 2 waitresses for about 5 min until I had to ask him again for some ketchup because obviously he has forgot. One positive point, the waitress was kind and understood my frustration. I received a 15% remise. I presume I'll have light nausea all day but I'll certainly never be eating here again. Avoid.

Overall pretty good place to have a few drinks. It is quite expensive for what it is and the location but waiters are pretty nice. Not a lot of competition in the area though so that will have to do ! :)
