I booked this through a booking website but did not get asked to pay in advance, but got pay on arrival. The amount I had to pay when we got there wasa lot more than I was quoted on the booking site. It was then I noticed on my booking confirmation that it told me I may be charged more on arrival. I paid for the room and breakfast and it was then that the receptionist told me that the WiFi was not working and would not be fixed until after we had left. My hubby and I rely on the WiFi for business and, if I had known this before booking in I would have gone somewhere else. The room was okay, comfortable , location was fine, breakfast was okay but the WiFi problem and the surprise cost was not.

I’ve stop here four times unfortunately my last day I booked breakfast for what I paid we didn’t have none. The food was absolute rubbish. Thought they charged asked for my money back and told me I could not have it back very disappointed because the hotel itself the rooms are our 10th fantastic love the Hotel but as for the breakfast let down big time not happy

Stopped here after late ferry into Dieppe. Great location. Easy to find. Easy check in procedure. comfortable room and great modern shower. Helpful staff. Easy to park - felt secure. Would stay here again as so convenient. Didn't try the breakfast

Great hotel for one night. We arrived off the ferry and found it easily. We were on bikes and there is good safe bike storage. We did not have breakfast but there is a Lidl next door. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Very happy.

We chose this hotel as it was handy having just got off the ferry at 10pm. It has a free car park and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Great hotel and just one of a large number of Brit Hotels in France. We were a bit unsure just going by the name but the reviews gave us the confidence to book and we were certainly not disappointed. Friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast and just 7 minutes from the ferry. We will be booking again on our return.

An excellent budget hotel that we have used on more than one occasion. Convenient for the ferry port. Staff are helpful and friendly, rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and bathrooms are immaculately clean. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Stopped over for a ferry crossing. The hotel is very clean with good facilities. It's directly opposite a McDonald's which I found to be OK. The welcome and service was excellent and we felt very comfortable. Recommended

From the picture this hotel does not look too exciting, however I was most pleasantly surprised for the better. Ideally situated for the ferry services before hitting the roads south or returning to Blighty. The staff were all most welcoming and helpful.They even allow you to speak French! The room had all one expects of a modern function built hotel. Save for a tricky basin plug and the fact there is no a/c (usually not necessary in Dieppe), I thoroughly recommend a stay here.
