WATRA SIDNEY

We have stayed here many times and sadly this time the shabbiness is now much more apparent. Our room 217 in particular was in a very poor state. The carpet soiled and dirty, paintwork badly chipped and damage to the bathroom door . However the bed and bedding were spotless and comfortable but I don’t think we will be returning unless the hotel is upgraded and repairs implemented.

Great location. Walking distance to old town and canals with free parking just up the street. Room had lovely balcony and cool vibe. Front desk was very helpful and lovely

Great location on the way down to skiing from the UK. Friendly staff, underground, safe parking, clean rooms and reasonable price. The cocktails in the bar are also excellent!

Nice simple hotel with car park. Pleasant bar area, good service. In room refreshments poor.

Second time staying at this hotel. Great location as a stop off on the way south. Value for money is excellent and having stayed in a few 'budget' hotels in France, this Kyriad tops the list. At the time of staying, parking is only €12 and is underground and gated. Short walk in to the centre, where there are various resturants / supermarkets. Room was great, comfortable and clean.

Rooms starting to look tired and dated. Hospitality tray not worth it. Only 1 tea bag left- asked for just 1 more and the look and comments you would think I had asked for a kidney. Clean and comfortable bed for 1 night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer as reception staff not welcoming

We stayed here for one night then another night at another hotel then back to here again….an amazing hotel it deserves to be 5* ALL the staff were so polite and helpful the rooms were spacious clean and well presented. Alexia on reception went above and beyond the other staff on reception were fantastic and helpful as well. If we need to be in that area of France again we shall absolutely stay there. Thank you EVERYONE for an Amazing first stay.

Excellent stay at Kyriad Troyes Centre. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and clean. All staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Car parking was excellent, they even sorted a space for our extra-long car.||The hotel was easy to find and easy to get to.||Excellent value for money. ||We were sad to leave at the end of our stay.
