Great mobile home with air conditioning, covered decking. Pool area....The man there 5 days a week needs to either enforce all the rules or ignore them all. He chose what to enforce (sometimes different with different people) The man there 2 days just sat with his phone and didn't do anything. Its very frustrating to see the 5 days man choosing who to enforce the rules with and then chat with the ladies in the pool (1 fully clothed, not a swimsuit or burkini) and ignore that particular person breaking the rules. The waterslides again he randomly enforced the rules rather than treat everyone the same. Food from the restaurant was fine the 2 times we ate there, but be aware that the music is loud ! The lake was beautiful.

First time customer. We reserved a Riviera mobilhome with A/C. Lots of trees and no mosquitoes. Restaurant is good and not too pricey. Pizza for carryout is a must. Swimming pool is small but we enjoyed the lake instead. Entertainment is nice. A big Thank You to Theo (animateur) from the kid's club. We are giving a 4 stars because of their wifi access. Only 30 minutes every 6 hours is free and you have to stand next to the restaurant or front desk. Their wifi is weak as we could not send pics either. We ended up going to Super U (grocery store) if we needed to call or send pics as they have good wifi and it's free all day long. Homair needs to review its wifi policy.||Other than that, we had a nice stay and enjoyed every minutes of it.

We had never booked a holiday park before but based on the fact that our children love to play with other kids we thought that the facilities on offer would give them the opportunity to meet other children. They met plenty and played from morning till night each day ☺️.We were greeted at reception by friendly staff who checked us in quickly and organised to have the linen we had booked and the bbq we hired taken to the accommodation. They did this in a flash. We booked a villa for 4 (nr 65) and whilst it was clean it was old, tired and the bedrooms very small. It was impossible to get dressed in the bedroom as there was no room to move. We had a nice outside covered veranda where we lived with a very tight parking space. Other plots seemed to have more space. Despite this we were happy and soon used to our home. The campsite is easy to navigate around and has plenty to keep the children happy. The slide at the pool is good fun if a little wild when the teenagers are on it and the lake area provides a lovely change of scenery having a beach area and a pontoon. We only ate at the restaurant on site once. The menu was basic and the food came out a bit too fast for my liking. We didn't enjoy it and didn't go back but that was our choice. The little shop is well stocked but closes in the afternoon for several hours. There is fresh bread, croissants etc in a morning and baguettes available throughout the day and early evening. We found lovely places to eat in Cadenet which is a pleasant 30min walk away. The showers on the site are basic and could do with an update from what we saw but they are adequate. I'm not sure it warrants its 4star rating but i really didn't mind. The site is nice, friendly, has enough going on to be fun and is in the most beautiful part of France. We found the staff helpful and acted quickly with any issues. Our coffee machine was faulty and within 15 mins of reporting it we had a brand new one delivered and set up. We enquired upon leaving about b

Absolutely awful. Such a shame as it has the potential to be a nice small family place. The mobile home is very small, very old, dirty, it smells and is in a poor state of repair. The terrace boards are uneven and broken, this is dangerous. There is a gaping hole where a cooker should be. The toilet moves. The site is itself is small, the water slides are it's saving grace. The bar staff are rude and impatient, they make you feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I'm not surprised there are no other British people here. I definitely won't be coming back again and won't be using Homair. We did complain to the reception staff and Director (who refused to give us her name and refused to look at us and would only talk through a third person). Our main issue is that we were not allowed to pay extra for cleaning €95. We were told we should have paid it on arrival, except no-one told us on arrival. Awful customer service, scruffy, dated campsite. Devastating when we've waited so long for this holiday. It definitely took all the joy away. No doubt this review will not be read by anyone in the company who cares, just like the Director of the site. Shame on you Homair.

We stayed here with Eurocamp as 3 adults in a caravan. The caravan pitches are quite small by French standards. Parking is directly alongside the pitch. The site is not too big and easily navigable. The undoubted highlight for us was the large lake with beach. Great for a swim after a hot day sight-seeing. The on-site shop is small but well stocked for essentials and not too costly. Fresh bread is baked throughout the day on site. The restaurant / bar is a pleasant outdoor space with a limited menu. The site is walking distance from Cadenet but the route is uninspiring along the access road. There is a large Super U supermarket 10 minutes away at Puyvert. Generally, we found Val de Durance to have a relaxed ambience and an excellent location for visiting the many beautiful attractions of Provence.

Beautiful camping where you will feel in the middle of nature. Stayed for 11 nights in June and it was very peaceful, although the camping was full. We loved that every mobil-home is surrounded by trees, and that every morning and evening we had birds and the famous cigale in concerts. The mobil-home was quite clean and fully equipped, including a fridge, microwave and a gas stove and oven. We had mosquito nets for some window (necessary in June, you might want to bring your own to cover all the windows). The rooms are small but you will have enough place to put the clothes and other necessary things. Good beds and pillows. Parking spot in front of the mobil-home, which is very practical. Hot water all day long. ||||There is a beautiful lake with a sand beach in the camping, as well a a pool with a slide (there are also 2 small separate pools for babies). Plenty of sunbeds available both at the pool and the lake. In June there was no entry fee for the lake, but I think it might be one for July and August. The lake was perfect for swimming, considering the hot days we got there.||||There is a small shop in the camping, with fresh baguettes, croissants and pain au chocolat. We didn't try the restaurant, but it seemed ok.||||The staff is nice and pretty much helpful.||||The weak point was the Internet access. The camping provides free WIFI in the reception/restaurant area, but the connection is very weak (impossible to send a picture, to read emails or to make a call). The internet sessions are limited to 1 hour and then you have to wait 6 hours in order to be able to go online again. You can also buy tickets for internet access, starting with 6 euros/ 1 hour, but we taught it was quite expensive since there are a lot of places everywhere offering free wifi.||||Cadenet village is 3 km away and the market on Mondays is very good. There are a lot of producers selling vegetables and fruits on the roadside.

Disappointed! The accommodation advertised and seen in the campsite website is not what you will get! There are only around 5 of those caravans on the site, the other 200 or so are old 1980’s ones. The caravan was beyond tired and old with a leaky air con unit and falling apart. The campsite is rammed to max capacity with a teeny tiny pool to share with hundreds of people, which blares music in your ear to add to the chaos. The lake swimming area isn’t very large either and is shared with mass visitors from outside the campsite. The campsite staff were unhelpful to the point of being deliberately so, we were even to scared to go the campsite bar after the rudeness of the staff, particularly a tall man with long hair and a beard, he was obnoxious to the point of making my 14 year old daughter cry. We were two families together staying in different caravans through Homair, we will never ever stay at this campsite again or book with Homair. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
