I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. After my lease ended, some of my personal belongings went missing. When I contacted the agency multiple times, I was told they had no information about what happened and that they would need to review the security camera footage. After that, I repeatedly followed up, but my calls were ignored. On the few occasions when someone answered, they either provided no update or abruptly ended the conversation. To this day, I have not received any explanation regarding my missing belongings. The items that disappeared were extremely valuable to me, both financially and personally. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has caused me significant stress and frustration. I expected much better treatment and support from a real estate agency handling tenants’ property and concerns. I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience.

Yvon did an excellent job! He was very punctual, completed the work with great quality, and paid attention to every detail. Everything was done with precision and a very good finish, and he left the place perfectly clean after finishing. I’m very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend him!

I’ve been with them for a long time. They only care about money and not about the tenants. The building is infested with mice, mold and other health hazards and has been since I’ve lived here. Try calling or getting in touch with them now is next to impossible. Some days the office isn’t open and you’re directed to an answering service. They’ve also been doubling rent increases every year citing “cost of living” or “needed repairs” that are never done. Paying prime rent for a slim building is robbery. To them you’re just another revenue stream and nothing more. You or your comfort do no matter. They can’t prove me wrong either..

I’ve been living here for a while, and while the location is great and the building itself is decent, I feel it’s important to share my honest experience. Unfortunately, communication with management has been very disappointing. Promises made at the beginning of the lease — including certain repairs — were never followed through, despite multiple reminders. It’s frustrating to feel ignored, especially when you’re simply asking for what was already agreed upon. Each year, the rent goes up, and any attempt to ask for clarification or justification is either met with silence or vague responses. It often feels like you’re left without any real way to understand or contest these increases. Future tenants should be aware: while this place has its advantages, getting proper follow-up from the administration can be a real challenge.

Be careful don’t get trick by them if they told you they going to fix thing don’t trust they won’t. And also they will ignored your message. I got tricked by them the refrigerator that I have I did not know that make a lot noises. Just be careful and don’t expect they will help
