We recently purchased a robot and encountered a technical issue that required returning it to the company for fixing. The hardware team provided highly professional support and repaired the robot within a single day. They also assigned a developer to provide in-person assistance with our questions regarding the robot’s SDK. As a social robotics researcher, I think Buddy is a really impressive and affordable robot platform, great for both research in lab environments as well as everyday interactions. I’m excited to see this robot being used more in the community.

I backed this project on Indiegogo 10 years ago for $970 dollars and still have not even received an explanation why I have not received mine. This company is a bunch of thieves. Found out they filed for bankruptcy which is BS while they were opening new offices and traveling around with our money showing off their robot that they had no plans of shipping to its First backers.

He’s an engaging and friendly robot, ideal for families, schools, and therapy centers. We highly recommend Buddy for anyone looking to explore the future of social robotics.
