You find everything that you need and all the sale assistants know their jobs.

Trying to actually buy paint, watching the one person working fly about talking to other staff members, chatting excessively with (a) customer and generally not dealing with people. A weird concept of customer service that I assume the store management endorses. I left without buying anything.

Perfect experience - great planning tool, staff in the kitchen department very professional - great on calling back when you need help and the shop isn’t next door!! Planning, verifying quotation, ordering, delivery and fitting - an all round perfect experience - je recommande vivement!

A nicely set out store becoming a bit like IKEA in that it's a long journey to find a single plug electric plug. Very slow staff and also customers that seem to want to talk and talk so standing in a queue can mean ordering a coffee and a cake from a very nice little snack area inside the store.

This place is amazing, love all the products. The staff is kind and very helpful. Special thanks to Aurelien who has greeted me and answered all my questions regarding the fidelity card.
