GODME FABRICE

We arrived unannounced on a sunny day and called Emma, who quickly returned to give us a full tour of the operation. Fabrice was in the vineyard, but it was clear that Emma has been carefully studying his perfectionist ways and adding her own thinking. It's an exciting time for this house, which does everything from the soil to the bottle. We very much enjoyed the tasting, understanding why Trepaille is premier cru for pinot noir and how a balance can be struck so well with Chardonnay. Looking forward to drinking what I bought when we get home. Thank you Emma & Fabrice for such a genuine experience.

Emma was a great guide loved seeing the family business. You get such an appreciation for seeing it yourself.

Fabrice is a great and warm person, passionate to do things the right way and great at explaining and sharing his knowledge while answering all the questions you may have about the grapes and the wine making. He will be the one taking you on the Tour explaining each step of the process. His Champagne are excellent no matter which you choose (being chosen by some 3star Michelin restaurant proves this!) and very well priced, is one of my favorites! Come and visit! You’ll leave with a warm feeling, a nice taste in the palate, a smile and a few bottles of this excellent Champagne 😋 Don’t forget to call/email ahead time to book the Tour/Tasting. I also would recommend finding a B&B to near to enjoy the region the surrounding beauty of the vineyards... or stay in Reims to enjoy the beauty of the Cathedral and the city... Excellent experience. You get to taste the champagne in a very well set up location and get a full exposure from start to finish to the process of creating the Champagne, bit h tge traditional and modern way. Fabrice takes you on a tour personally and shows you in details each steps required to make a champagne. He also shows you the old way of popping out the sediments from the bottles. Champagne is delicious and very reasonably price. Great place go visit, ensure you call/email ahead to book a reservation/tour.

Champagne z tohoto krásného domu je opravdu skvostné! Degustovali jsme celou jejich produkci. Vyloženě špičková vína, na úrovni best of the best. Vřele doporučuji návštěvu (domluvit předem) Jsou skvělý!

Wat een ongelooflijk ontvangst gekregen, aangekomen op een namiddag onaangekondigd en wat een fantastische ervaring, rondleiding gekregen en wij als 2 leken op gebied van champagne zijn hier heel veel te weten gekomen over het maken van champagne van druif tot afgewerkt product. Geproefd van lekkere champagne een streling voor de smaakpapillen. Graag een woordje van dank aan Emma voor de mooie en warme ontvangst en de passionele uitleg .
