LES PEUPLIERS

We had a nice stay at the park. It was easy to get to and the location is perfect-close to the cute town of La Flotte and easy enough to bike to nearby towns. We were lucky to get bikes for us and our kids when we arrived from mid-July. The park got significantly more busy over the following weekend.||||The accommodation is small, but has most of the things you need. You just have to get used to it and be careful not to bang your head. It was clean on arrival. We had a few instances where the gas/boiler and cooker wouldn’t work properly, but everything was fixed in a timely manner and it didn’t really affect our stay too much. They do make you clean the cabin thoroughly, even when you pay a lot for cleaning.||||Our main disappointment was that we booked the trip with the plan to use the kid’s club. We arrived on a Tuesday for a 10-day stay only to be told that we had to have registered our kids on the Sunday before. This was not clear at any point of communication before our arrival and quite the disappointment. However, our kids did enjoy the evening entertainment and meeting Amigo in the evenings. DJaaaaaay Musicaaaa became a repeated joke for our whole stay! The pool was also great, and nice that they provide a lifeguard.||||The staff were very friendly and helpful, even in English, and that with the beauty of the island and the general ease of the site would be a reason to come back.

We were unpleasantly surprised by the very dated and far from clean unit we rented. For this price, we had expected a far better accommodation. Furthermore, it was appalling to experience the lack of service when we mentioned that the (paid!) WiFi did not work at all. They said they knew that the WiFi had a poor connection, but when I complained that they shouldn’t have recommended me to pay for the WiFi, they simply said that it was company policy to mention the availability of paid WiFi. Finally, 3 pairs of shoes were stolen, so all in all a far from great experience.

We stayed in a prestige 6 person Taos home with private pool and would highly recommend this for the extra bit of luxury, privacy and space. Such a good location - close to the beautiful towns of La Flotte (6 min cycle) and a bit further to Saint Malo (20 min cycle). Great facilities and friendly staff. Nice small campsite so less intimidating than some of the other ones but still have having plenty of facilities and entertainment! We would love to return!

We spend a wonderful 2 weeks at this camp and we all loved it. Friendly staff, the pool and slides are fun and provided great entertainment for the kids and the location is second to none. The town of La Flotte is a 5 minute cycle on child friendly cycle paths. We are already booked for next year.

We had a lovely family holiday at this campsite. The mobile home was clean and all the staff were pleasant and lovely to deal with. We especially enjoyed the entertainer, Loic ( I think!!). He was superb and was fantastic with our kids. We would highly recommend this site as a good place to base yourself.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely campsite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our cabin was one of the smaller ones, we will be booking a bigger one next time! It is quite a mall campsite, with nicely spaced cabins, and a lovely pool area. We will be back.

This was our first time to il de re and it didn’t disappoint. This campsite was perfect for us - close to the very pretty town of la flotte. We hired bicycles for the week from reception at a fair rate which was our only mode of transport for the week annd worked well. Our accommodation was the prestige with pool. It was very clean, spacious with all we needed. My only complaint was a foul smell from the sink and shower - it needs plenty of running water to clear this each day. Our pool was almost always in the shade - we would have preferred one of the other ones for this reason which did have a lot of su all day. Friendly staff at reception. Nice pool area. Lovely beach nearby.

Highly recommended. The location is superb. It only takes a few minutes to La Flotte. There was a firework show at La Flotte on Sat 10th August and it is easy to be seen from the camping site. The holiday home is clean with everything we need.
