Friendly and professional reception welcoming , good overall people all around . No noises during the night ,quiet room. All the minimum normal necessary things you would need for a stay ,nothing more . Towels , soap , hair dryer . Comfy beds , clean sheets . Being summer I felt the need for a very small refrigerator in the room but nothing important for a short stay. Working aircon but in my room the unit had the 'blades' broken so it had 2 settings , off or blowing directly on your head and the bed :) Good location , lots of parking and quiet. At the price range , quite a welcoming surprise.

The reception ladies were friendly, welcoming, helpful... everything you want in a hotel personnel. The bathroom and bedding were sparkling clean. However, the carpets had thick, dark stains, the TV remote was untouchable, and there was a cockroach in my room.

Great stay, very friendly staff and easy late arrival. Recommend to stay!

This is the third time I stay at this hotel which is very simple but in my opinion clean and comfortable. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast is good with lots to choose from and surprisingly the coffee is good too. ||||The restaurant is quite good too. The room we stayed in was quiet and warm. The only thing is the shower which was had to be used by hand as it would not stay up. I would suggest a handle on the wall to help elderly people to get in and out of the bath tub. For the rest I am quite satified.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. Every detail was meticulously attended to, ensuring a truly comfortable experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it was clear that maintaining high standards was a priority. A special mention must go to Hugo, the receptionist, whose kindness and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended :)

I had a really great time at this hotel in Étampes. the staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, which made me feel really welcome. the room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.

We used this Kyriad for a one night overstay to break our long trip home (south of France to the Netherlands) in 2 halves. Perfect for the job. Beds were good. Service/reception was good. We did not have dinner here (but in town) so I can't comment. The breakfast (buffet) was good. We travelled with our small puppy dog (5 kgs). This was no problem.

I stayed here one night out of necessity! It was not good! The room I was given for €50 euros + €10 for breakfast was awful! No curtains, just nets on windows so slept poorly. No headboard so had to read against a cold wall. Very small room, claustrophobic! Continental breakfast was quite nice though! I don't think I'd stay here again!
