Super nice staff plus you can watch sweets being made on the first floor make sure to visit upstairs !
Came here early on our penultimate day in Nice, and glad we did. We were met by a young lady who was exceptionally helpful, and took a quick tour of the second floor where all the products are handmade. The products themselves are amazing - bought a variety of sweets and chocolates to take back as gifts for others, and very happy with it all. Beautiful store, and all the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. English is spoken here which made it even easier as my French is shockingly bad!
It's nice place. You can try any product you want. If it's not served, you just ask for it to try. Prices are expensive but you can find something for you budget. If you don't want to spend much but want to try some local sweets, lollipops with rose or violet taste for 80 cents is affordable for everyone.
You can’t walk past this place without noticing all the beautiful confections inside! There are plenty of samples and it’s so beautiful The candy is all so beautiful as well! ! I bought some divine chocolates and jelly candies here to die for! Very light delicate flavors! I was able to use the toilette upstairs and the factory was immaculate! Toilet seats were made out of clear Lucite with hard candies embedded inside! A total experience I will never forget! 💗
The language school Azurlingua led us there as part of our guided tour of Nice. We saw chocolate and sweets being made, which was magical. We loved it. In the shop, you can taste the sweets and jams. It was delicious. It's definitely worth a visit!
Very nice visit we watched the making of violet candies. It is a family factory with different candies, candied fruits and flower petal jams, great chocolate and smiling, pleasant and super friendly staff. They make everything in front of you and you can see that they have great experience and craftsmanship 💯 percent worth it.
Very attractive and expensive artisan sweets. We were on a school trip and asked the guide to speak in slow simple French. She did not. She explained the process in very quick French without pausing for us to translate or check for pupils' understanding. It would have also been nice to see some demonstrations of the sweet-making process, but really they just wanted us to spend the money! Unfortunately as we were flying home we couldn't buy anything liquid like jam either, even though the floral jams were delicious.
It’s a cool combination of shop and factory. You can pass by some craft stations and the people working on them are very nice. Inside the shop you can taste several sweets and jams, specially the famous clémentines confites.
