Receptionists always have attitude, horrible customer service. NPs will see you for 5 minutes max. Doctor Pinto is knowledgeable and nice but you only get to see him like once every 3 years.

I’ve always had a positive encounter with each visit. Great office staff!!! Dr Pinto is exceptional. He is caring, empathetic and compassionate and truly epitomizes what a great Doctor is. He spends time to listen to his clients and lends heart combined with expertise. His assistants Breeyon and Christine complement him in like manner. Such a beautiful medical team!!!!

Dr Pinto, his PA, and both nurse practitioners are very patient, caring and understanding. They listen and ask questions to find out what may be going on with you. I have been going to Dr. Pinto and his associates for 11 years and have sent many of my friends to his practice. I highly recommend them.

I saw Dr. Pinto today & what a nice guy!! I was not sure what to expect, but I was so happy with him. Friendly, really knowledgeable and helpful. Overall he just seemed like a very nice, caring, & compassionate person. I have seen a lot of doctors over the years and there aren't many left like him. Side note: Everyone in the office was friendly, they were on time, etc. Really was a surprisingly pleasant experience!

My husband and I started going to this office about 6 months ago. We have been treated well and have had a great experience so far. The office manager Veronica went out of her way to get me the invoices I needed for my Insurance company. The PA was very kind and professional. We are seeing Dr. Pinto on our follow up next month. Whenever I call with questions, they are very helpful.

From the time you walk in, the staff is welcoming, and the environment is comfortable and clean. Dr. Pinto takes the time to listen to concerns, explain everything in detail, making sure ! understand the treatment options available.
