This company refuses to take accountability for a horrendous installation of roofing metal. The company representative assured me that the metal installed would cover all of the cracks found in old cement. After installation of metal, rain water unfortunately continued to enter the interior of our house. I then requested the company to re-inspect the installed metal, and their solution was to install more metal. The company does not take accountability for their work because I have requested photos of the metal installed; the company says that they do not save the photos. When I did see a photo during the reinspection, from this company, they showed me a zoomed in photo of where the leak was occuring. However, I have had additional companies come to the site, showing me photos that are not zoomed in. The possible reasons that this company showed me zoomed in photos, and also, failed to provide photos later on, was to prevent me from seeing a huge, unprofessional gap, from the metal that they installed. The leaking roof is not covered by metal in 10+ centimeters of cracked cement. It is a very poor quality of work!! Fortunately, we learned all of this information and lack of accountability prior to trusting this company with bigger, future projects. If you have read this far into the comments, it would be very wise of you to have additional companies take a look at your house before trusting this company with your home. -Luke

L’entreprise a réalisé l’isolation des combles en remplaçant la laine de verre par de la laine de roche projetée. Les travaux ont bien été faits et le chantier bien nettoyé. Cette société a déjà réalisé l’entretien de la toiture et le remplacement des fenêtres et volets. Nous n’hesiterons à faire de nouveau appel à eux.

Je viens d'intervenir chez ma belle mère suite a un problème dans les combles j'ai constaté que l'installation de l'isolation sous le solivage été très mal faite et surtout ne servait strictement a rien pas une agrafe ou quoi que ce soit pour permettre une bonne fixation photo en pièce jointe
