We had a wonderful time at this restaurant this evening. Our party speak limited French but we were pleasantly greeted by the waitress on arrival. She was friendly, welcoming and took her time to explain the menu which ease our anxiety in dining in a local French restaurant. The food was delicious and the seafood tasted fresh . Good portion size. Nice cozy ambience in the restaurant. We went at 7 pm and there is no wait for a table on a Friday night however it got busier after 8 pm. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Busy Saturday night, we were lucky to get a seat. Menu marche is cost effective. The food is pretty good, and the service is nice too. Cafe gourmand is beautifully presented, and tasty 😋

Fabulous lunch prior to catching the ferry. My sister and I popped in here for a leisurely lunch prior to catching the ferry to Newhaven. We were treated to a wonderful super tasty lunch. Great menu at a reasonable price - warmly recommended. Sorry about the picture of dessert - I tucked in before I remembered to take a photo!

This was a great chance find. Everything here is prepared with care by an obviously highly competent inventive chef. We had monkfish liver terrine-charcuterie Normand, guinea fowl with sweetbreads and two super deserts. Good wines are available in 25c. 50c pitchers or by the bottle. I would highly recommend this place, great food for a set menu price of 26.50 euos (wine not included). If I may make a couple of suggestions: the beer list is poor (Leffe), France produces some great craft beer these days, it would be nice to seem some on the menu. The menu is also a little confusing, could be made a bit clearer. These are minor details that did not stop us having a great experience...thanks!

Stopped there for lunch on the way to the ferry. I had the spelt grain risotto with roast vegetables, and it was the best dish I had eaten in 8 days travelling round Normandy. Unpretentious with spectacular food.

Very nice restaurant with delicious dishes. The stingray was very good. I had the impression less salt and more taste. Just for the sauce I was a little bit surprised about in my opinion huge quantity. Dessert "Demoiselles" very delicious. Foie de Lotte as starter, I like it a lot. The people are very friendly and the "cadre" is nice as well.
