Just wanted to say,the touring boots one of your Associates fitted for me , are perfect. They have greatly improved my experience in the wild. As well as the revised ski. It actually saves a lot of money when you are being asked the right questions by the personnel. Also the rental service is very Ok here.

great service, sure ski rentals can be busy, but because they are friendly and give good advice. rented ski rando for kids, they had small sizes (skis 140, and 23.5 shoes)

Exceptional service, they went above and beyond helping with the gear and were well stocked on all the things you would need on the mountain. They also have gear for kids.

The store has a great variety of clothes, shoes and mountain gear. And also super nice and supportive staff members. Totally recommend a visit!

Be aware when purchasing, everything is final sale, no returns allowed. They also didn’t do a vat form and when we went back they said they only do it at the time of sale (other stores will do within 48 hours).

I do not recommend Ravanel due to their poor customer service. I bought a pair of sticks from them. After 4 hours of hiking one of the pointy bits was out of shape. This was a defect with the product. They wanted to charge me for fitting a second hand battered replacement. The manager was really rude and the experience stressful and made me angry. I have come to Cham for the last 3 years and have spent a substantive amount with them on equipment over 3 seasons but will look at alternate places in the future of which they are plenty of options.
