Great local village restaurant. The steak is HUGE and delicious. Recommend you call ahead to book.

A real gem 'off the beaten track'. It has it's own car park for maybe 10 - 15 vehicles. We had a lunchtime meal on a sunny day in early October and it was so popular that there were no tables available outside. We hadn't booked, so it might be recommended if you want to secure an outside table. The service was excellent and the food was divine. The menu changes according to seasonally available food. There were a couple of vegetarian options, but not the Menu de Jour.

Food exceptional, well seasoned and fresh. Service was great, portion size generous. Pity we found this restaurant our last day of trip, would have been back next day

I had the Plat du Jour which was very good and a pleasant house rosé. Very pleasant sitting outside on a sunny day. Atmosphere was convivial and service very good from a waitress who spoke English as well as French. Recommended.

We stayed 2 weeks in Flaujaguais, this is a cracking restaurant in the middle of the village. Loved it, had a great night out. Only open in the evenings from Thursday to Saturday, Monday to Saturday for lunch. Great wines great people.

I was on my own tonight and first time here. A really warm welcome from Audrey, followed by a relaxed a wonderful meal. I had the Magret which was delicious and the chips, fantastic homemade. To top it all the chef comes out at the end of the night to each table. Nice touch. I booked a table for Saturday already. So there’s your recommendation right there.

We had an excellent dinner, good advice on which bottle of wine to take (and how to eat some of the delicious specialities on the plate ☺️) friendly and effective and efficient service, opportunity to talk to the chef who comes to the table. Wonderful setting of the building. This was our topper during our stay in the region. Excellent price / quality.
